Did you know? Finland is Europe's largest consumer of coffee. Finns love coffee. And they love it with delicious yeast pastries such as korvapuusti and rinkelimunkki. While mixing and rising the dough, we will teach you a few words of Finnish in a fun language course. Baking the Finnish way! Soon you'll be able to bake authentic Finnish cinnamon buns and doughnuts at home (this cooking class is also ideal for families).

Course
The courses are held in small groups and begin with a relaxed aperitif (non-alcoholic), during which participants get to know each other. After a short introduction and explanation of the ingredients, we will prepare the dishes together under Sam's guidance. We use excellent local ingredients for cooking. We will eat the finished dishes at a large dining table in the beautifully decorated Achipelago kitchen or outside on the terrace.
The courses are designed to be fun and give participants an insight into the diversity of flavors in the archipelago. Each course provides valuable information about the course topic and the culture of the Finnish archipelago. At the end of the course, you will receive a personalised, beautifully designed recipe so that you can prepare the dishes at home.
The courses are suitable for all levels of cooking skills and are an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the flavors of the Finnish archipelago and inspire your own creativity. To ensure that all course participants understand everything well, the courses are mainly held in English. However, we also speak German and Finnish and can switch languages.
