We’ll listen to an inspiring talk with Inga-Lill – a local chef and multi-talented expert with deep knowledge of nature’s pantry.

Before lunch, we’ll prepare our own dough and set it to rise, and during this first day, we’ll bake our traditional flatbread – fondly known as “mommo’s bread” in everyday language.
